Catherine Delgado
Catherine is one of the founders, and is the managing partner, of Azure Point Capital. She is married to her husband, Daniel, who is the the company's other founder. With nearly 25 years of real estate experience, Catherine has managed hundreds of deals in New York City and Connecticut during her career. Many of them included construction and rehab projects in commercial multifamily rental buildings, as well as condo complexes. She has successfully calculated cost projections, maintained budgets for multimillion dollar construction projects and is well versed in property management.
Daniel Delgado
Daniel is one of the founders of Azure Point Capital. He is married to his wife, Catherine, who is the company's other founder. Daniel has spent much of his career in operations and construction management with various national utility companies. His responsibilities consisted of real estate project management, negotiating with independent contractors and union members, and keeping projects within budgetary guidelines. Daniel discovered how extraordinary the benefits of real estate could be after meeting Catherine. Investment and real estate management has been his focus ever since.
